Mumbai, March 31 (IANS). Shiv Sena leader Manisha Kayande welcomed on Monday for supporting the Waqf Amendment Bill of Kerala’s Catholic Bishops Council (KCBC). He said that the Catholic body probably understood that land was being grabbed in the name of Waqf.
Shiv Sena leader Manisha Kayande was welcomed by the Catholic Bishops Council’s decision to support the Waqf Amendment Bill. He said, “It is very important to pass the Waqf Amendment Bill, it will be good to understand it. The Catholic body probably understands how land is being grabbed in the name of religion. We welcome this decision.”
Manisha Kayande targeted the Congress Rajya Sabha MP and veteran leader Sonia Gandhi’s question on the new education policy of the Government of India and the removal of Mughal history and the removal of Mahatma Gandhi from the syllabus. He said, Sonia Gandhi has no moral right to do these things. He ran the Congress party but did nothing for the country.
Regarding the question of AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi on bulldozer action after the blast in Beed Mosque, the Shiv Sena leader said, “If someone wants riots and tension between Hindus, Muslims, we should stop it.” Hindus and Muslims have been living in this country together for many years. In such a situation, if someone does such an act, then he should get its education.
On the decision of West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress Party’s Supremo (TMC) to contest the assembly elections alone, Manisha Kayande said, “Mamata Banerjee wanted to become the Prime Minister of the country, but she could not even reach TMC in other states. She will not be fulfilled.”
