Former Bihar Deputy CM and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said on the stampede at New Delhi railway station that the government did not make any arrangements. Poor people are constantly being killed. There have been deaths from the station to the ghat. The whole country and Bihar want to know who is responsible for these deaths? Who is the guilty? Thousands of people are being killed, the government is not worried.
Tejashwi Yadav targeted the government
Attacking the central and state government, he said that the government is only engaged in its PR. The system is limited to VVIP tents only. There is chaos everywhere. Someone should be held responsible for the accident. Most of the dead are from Bihar, but the Bihar government has nothing to do with it. Even before this, many Bihari Ghats have died.
Nitish Kumar announced Rs 2-2 lakh to the families of the deceased
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar expressed grief over the death of the people in the unfortunate incident at New Delhi railway station on Sunday. He announced an ex-gratia amount of Rs 2 lakh each to the families of the deceased of Bihar and Rs 50,000 to the injured. The Chief Minister said that he prays to God to give the families of the deceased to bear this sorrow.
