Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) i.e. Shiva (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut on Monday claimed that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) would decide the successor of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that Prime Minister Modi will be successful with Maharashtra.
Raut said that Prime Minister Modi had gone to the RSS headquarters in Nagpur to discuss retirement schemes. Raut told reporters at a press conference, “Modi will successor Maharashtra and the RSS will decide on it.”
“Prime Minister Modi went to the RSS headquarters to discuss his retirement plans,” he said.
Speaking on his recent experience of being in jail, Raut said that a book on his experiences would be published in the next 15 days.
He said, “I have written a book on my experiences spent in jail and it has been completed. It will be published in the next 15 days. You cannot say that I will disclose the secrets in the book. It is my experiences about the time he spent inside the jail and what was happening outside the jail during that time.”
On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid a wreath to RSS founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar at Smriti Temple in Nagimbagh, Nagpur. PM Modi’s Nagpur visit took place on the day of Pratipada, which is also the birth anniversary of RSS founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar.
He was accompanied by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and other leaders.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat also paid tribute to RSS founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar. Sangh member Seshadri Chari has described the Prime Minister’s visit as “very important and historic”. The RSS member said that there is “no differences” between the RSS and the BJP.
The RSS member said on Saturday, “People talk a lot about the relationship between RSS and BJP, earlier they talked about it … There is no differences between BJP and RSS. There is no differences between BJP and RSS. Those who do not know anything about the Sangh and BJP, they say that there is a differences between BJP and RSS.
