Appealing to the people of Bihar to support a new option in the state in the upcoming Bihar assembly elections, Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishore said that people have seen the rule of Lalu Yadav, PM Modi and Nitish Kumar, but now people should be ruled.
Addressing a gathering in Jhanjharpur area of Madhubani district on Sunday, Kishore said, “I have not been asking for votes. I have traveled to five thousand villages in the last 2.5 years, have gathered many people and formed a party ‘Jan Suraj’. You have seen Lalu Prasad Yadav, PM Modi, Nitish Kumar’s rule. Now people should be ruled in Bihar.
Earlier on Saturday, Prashant Kishore targeted the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Janata Dal (United) and said that he has only spread poverty and corruption in Bihar for 30 years.
He said, “For the last 30 years, he wants to do good to his family and his children by just giving the slogan of social justice. They neither have any vision nor do they want to do anything for the society. They just want to do politics by dividing people on the basis of caste. He has given only poverty and corruption in Bihar in the last 30 years.”
Elections in Bihar are expected to be held in October or November later this year; However, the Election Commission of India (ECI) has not announced the official date.
While the NDA, which consisting of BJP, JD (U) and LJP, would once again want to maintain its power in Bihar, India will want to evict Nitish Kumar from power.

The opposition has 111 members in the India alliance, including 77 MLAs of RJD, 19 of Congress, 11 of CPI (ML), 2 of CPI (M) and 2 MLAs of CPI.
