Nikunj accused in police clutches
The case of attempting mass murder of 118 workers has been exposed by mixing poison in water kular of Hira Factory in Surat, Surat. Solving mystery, the Kapodra police of Surat arrested the young man working in the factory. Police have revealed that due to increased debt, he had bought a packet of poison to commit suicide himself but could not muster the courage and put the packet of poison in the water cooler due to fear.
On March 31, the accused bought poison
John 1 DCP Alok Kumar of Surat said that Nikunj Dev Murari has been arrested. He is a relative of the main manager of the factory. He bought a packet of poison on 31 March. On March 9, the same morning he put a packet of poison packet in the water tank in the factory. After that, some workers who came to work filled a bottle of water from the cooler and after some time he complained to the factory manager of bad smell in the water and prevented the workers from drinking water. The health of water drinking water started deteriorating. When seen opening the cooler, a packet of poison was recovered from inside. Workers started seeing the effect of poison. All the workers were taken to the hospital due to deteriorating health.
Four teams of police were investigating the case
Due to the absence of CCTV near the cooler, it was not immediately found out who had put the packet of poison in the water tank. Seeing the seriousness of the incident, the police formed four separate teams and extended the direction of investigation in all four directions. Eventually the police got success and arrested Nikunj.
How the accused was caught
Surat John 1 DCP Alok Kumar said that Nikunj had complained about the foul smell first, no other worker felt bad smell. That is why he was suspected. The first team was questioning him. The second team started investigating through a batch number on the packet of poison. The police got success in it. The shop from which the poison packet was sold. Police reached that shop. When searched the CCTV footage of the shop, it was seen buying Nikunj packet in it. When the police questioned the shopkeeper, he told that he had made us online. Then the police arrested him and questioned him, he confessed his crime.
Nikunj used to spend a lot of money on Ayyashi
DCP Alok Kumar said that Nikunj used to spend a lot on his Ayyashi. He used to get 20 to 25 thousand salary in the factory. In order to meet his needs, he had taken a loan of 9 lakh rupees from friends, which he could not repay. Desperate, he decided to commit suicide and bought a packet of poison from a medical store. Nikunj tried to commit suicide again and again, but he could not muster the courage. Finally, on March 9, he went to the factory and put the packet of poison in the water cooler.
