Police have revealed that the body of a 22-day-old newborn girl was found in a grain box in Madhopur Bada village of Taraiya police station area. The said girl was murdered by her mother.
The police have arrested him. SHO Ashutosh Kumar Singh said that the girl was born at seven months. The girl was not fully developed. Troubled by the girl’s illness, her mother Neeru Devi strangled the girl to death with a handkerchief and hid the body in a rice box in her house.
She came to the police station and filed a complaint that an unknown person had kidnapped the girl.
