45 proposals have been approved in the state cabinet meeting held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. In which Vehicle Driver Scheme 2024 has been approved by Nitish Cabinet. Apart from this, VAT rate has been reduced for CNG and PNG consumers.

Mukhyamantri Vahan Chalak Yojana for drivers of private vehicles in Bihar has got approval from Nitish cabinet. Under this, drivers will be given training, their medical examination and insurance facilities will also be provided. This decision was taken in the state cabinet meeting held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. A total of 45 agendas were approved in this meeting. The cabinet approved the new calendar while also announcing holidays in the state government offices in the year 2025. Apart from this, the cabinet has also approved the proposal to organize women’s hockey championship in Rajgir of Nalanda district from 11 to 20 November. VAT rate has been reduced for CNG and PNG consumers. The VAT rate for CNG will be 12.5% ​​instead of 20% and for PNG the VAT rate will be 5% instead of 20%.
