On Saturday, Dholpur ACB team took action in Nadbai of Bharatpur district of Rajasthan and arrested CO’s reader and broker red handed. The accused reader had demanded a bribe of 1.50 lakh from the complainant in lieu of filing an FR in the case. On Saturday, the reader and broker were caught with a bribe amount of 1 lakh 20 thousand. At present, the action is going on from the team.
According to the information, Bhusavar CO’s reader Hariram Meena and broker Rakesh demanded a bribe of Rs 1.50 lakh in lieu of filing an FIR in the case registered against complainant Pushpendra Singh, a resident of Sendhli, Vaira, but both agreed on Rs 1.20 lakh. The complainant complained about this to the Dholpur ACB team. On which the complaint was verified by the team.
On Saturday, Dholpur ACB team led by ASP Surendra Singh took action in the market area of Nadbai and caught reader Hariram Meena and broker Rakesh with a bribe amount of Rs 1.20 lakh. At present, the accused are being interrogated by the team. ASP Surendra Singh said that further action will be taken by registering a case under the Anti-Corruption Act against the accused caught taking bribe. The bribe amount has been recovered from the accused.
