Ahmedabad plane crash: The plane crash in Ahmedabad on 12 June shook the entire country. 3. How to compensate people dead by falling aircraft?
Those who were killed by the aircraft falling on the ground, their case comes in third party liability insurance. That is, if the aircraft damages a property or third party, the insurance company compensates it. In this accident, 38 students lost their lives after falling debris on the hostel. All these families will also get compensation from the insurance company, whose amount has not been finalized at present, but the company will pay after investigation.
