Noida Police has intensified preparations to collect the deleted data from the mobile phones of YouTuber Elvish Yadav and his associates. For this, a reminder has been sent to the Forensic Lab located in Ghaziabad. It is believed that the deleted data contains important evidence related to the case.
The evidence and documents provided by Noida Police to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against Elvish are now becoming the basis for action. Noida Police had also given information about the movable and immovable properties of Elvish to ED. Even though the police had not made Haryanvi singer and rapper Rahul Yadav alias Fazilpuriya an accused, the Noida Police had done complete homework on him. The police had information about every source of income of both of them. Soon Fazilpuria and other properties of Elvish may also be confiscated.
A senior officer of Noida Police, who has served in the Enforcement Directorate for five years, said that the ED investigated the information provided by the police in two ways. Black money is being investigated and information is being collected as to what part of their income is on which they have not paid any other tax including income tax. Investigation into the illegal money earned by both is also going on. This includes investigation of properties that were acquired through criminal means. The troubles of Elvish and his associates will increase further after data recovery. Noida Police has sent a reminder regarding the three mobile phones that have been sent to the forensic lab in Ghaziabad of Alvish and his associates.
Noida Police will receive the data recovery report by mid-October. Whatever data is recovered from the mobile, Noida Police will share it with the Enforcement Directorate. It is suspected that there is important information about the rave party and property in the mobile phones of Elvish and his associates, which has been deleted in a planned manner. During investigation, many important things were found deleted from the mobile phones of all three.
The register found in the raid exposed the truth
After the case was registered against Elvish, when Noida Police went to Faridabad and Fazilpur villages with snake charmer Rahul, an important register was found there. The register contained details of 60 parties. Instead of names in the register, the police found numbers. Strong evidence of more than 60 parties in NCR along with snakes is being said to be behind ED’s action on Elvish Yadav. This evidence was collected by Noida Police when it raided the hideouts of Elvish in Faridabad and Fazilpur village. Later, with this evidence and information, ED investigated and now attached the properties of Elvish Yadav and Fazilpuriya.
Snakes were recovered from Faridabad during investigation
Noida Police had also recovered two snakes from Faridabad on the behest of snake charmer Rahul. These snakes also did not have venom glands. When ED took the investigation forward, it came to light that snake venom was used in many parties. Videos were made here with snakes. Elvish Yadav had earned illegal income from this. After this, ED has now attached the illegal assets of Elvish Yadav. Elvish Yadav was arrested on March 17, 135 days after the case was registered in Sector-49 police station. Apart from the Wildlife Act, sections of the NDPS Act were increased against Elvish.
Fazilpuria was to be interrogated in the snake game
When Noida Police was preparing to interrogate Fazilpuriya in the snake game, Elvish Yadav was arrested. Elvish was nominated for Noida Police, hence as soon as he was arrested, the police slowed down the pace of investigation and did not call Fazilpuria by giving notice. Due to being a famous name, ED had registered a case against Elvish, Fazilpuriya in Lucknow.
