A strange fraud has come to light in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Police have arrested one person in this case. This person was allegedly maintaining a fake court in his office in Gandhinagar. This person also called himself the judge of this court. The arrested person used to pass orders like a judge among the people, creating an atmosphere like a real court.
Fake court running for last 5 years
Police officials said that the name of the accused is Morris Samuel Christian. In the year 2019, it had passed an order in favor of its clients in a case related to government land. Police said that this fake court was functioning for at least the last five years.

Preliminary investigation by the police revealed that Morris Samuel Christian used to trap people whose land dispute cases were pending in the city civil court. Police said on Monday that he used to charge a certain amount from his clients as fee for solving their cases.
Used to sit in the judge’s chair and give his desired decisions.
According to the police, the accused Christian earlier established himself as a court-appointed official mediator. He used to call his clients to his office in Gandhinagar, which was built like a court. He himself used to sit in the judge’s chair and give the desired decisions in his favor.
His friends became lawyers
Police investigation also revealed that his associates or friends, posing as court employees or lawyers, created the impression among the people that the proceedings were going on in the court. He is absolutely right. The decisions given by the judge will have to be accepted.
