Amritsar explosion: There was a strong explosion near Majitha Road bypass in Amritsar, Punjab, causing a stir in the area. The bomb exploded in the hands of a man who came here to keep the bomb, which flew his rags. In this blast, both hands of the person flew above the wrists. The person also died. At present, the police have surrounded the area and started investigating the matter.

The case is about 9:30 pm on Tuesday morning near Majitha Road bypass in Amritsar. A man came here to keep the bomb, but both his hands exploded the bomb, causing the man’s hand to flew. The man was badly injured and died. When the sound of the blast was heard, the people around reached the spot and immediately informed the police about the incident. After this, the police reached the spot and started investigating the area.
What did the police tell?
Police is currently investigating in this case. Regarding this, DIG Border Range Satinder Singh said, “The person who was injured in the blast has died. This person is a member of the terrorist organization. It came to take the explosive material. We have investigated all the cases related to all the old blasts. In them it was revealed that these people used to keep the explosive material and then another person took away from it.”
He further speculated that this person may be an active member of Babbar Khalsa, currently further investigation is being done.
