Actually, the hotel in which the would-be husband and wife were staying, was raided by the police. After this, there was a commotion there. The incident is of Begusarai district of Bihar. On Sunday, the police of the city police station and the women’s police station jointly raided the Aashiyana Hotel near Kalisthan of the city. In this, 11 couples of young men and women were caught by the police. After the police raid in the hotel, there was a commotion not only in the hotel but also in the surrounding area.

The police took all the 11 girls and 11 boys to the police station in a police vehicle. The raiding team was led by city police station in-charge Shailendra Kumar. Sadar SDPO Subodh Kumar said that secret information was received that a gathering of anti-social elements was taking place in a hotel.

After that, a police team was formed under the leadership of the city police station and the women police station in-charge and a raid was conducted in the said hotel. In this, 11 boys and 11 girls were caught by the police but no objectionable material was found. The SDPO said that one of the couples taken into police custody was also one whose marriage had been fixed.

Before the marriage, the boy who is an army soldier had come to meet his would-be wife. After verification, his family members were called and the girl was handed over to them while the army soldier was released. The hotel owner was also brought in for questioning. He told that photocopies of the Aadhar cards of the people visiting the hotel are taken. After that, registration is done. There was also a discussion among the people that when the police catches the young men and women from the hotel and releases them, then what is the purpose of raiding the hotel.
