What is the whole matter?
The entire case is on June 18, when Reddy went to Rentapalla with a convoy of three vehicles. Here he met the family of a party worker. The worker committed suicide a year ago. Meanwhile, the supporters of Reddy gathered to welcome him on the roadside, and then the 65 -year -old Chili collided with the vehicle of Singayya convoy. He was seriously injured in this collision and was immediately rushed to Guntur Government Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Party accused police
After this incident, Singayya’s wife Chili Lurdhu Mary complained to the police, after which a case was registered under Section 106 (1) of BNS, ie negligent death. But when CCTV footage, eyewitnesses and other investigations were done, it was converted to sections 105 and 49 of BNS. On this, the police officer says that Singayya has been seen under the former CM’s vehicle in the evidence.
At the same time, YSR Congress leaders believe that the police have taken this action under pressure.
