The case of the murder of Aryan Mishra, a 12th class student who was mistaken for a cattle smuggler in Faridabad, is now gaining importance. Social organizations have demanded a CBI inquiry into this case. Members of more than five organizations will also submit a memorandum to the DC in this regard on September 10.
In the Aryan Mishra murder case, representatives of social organizations, trade unions etc. held a meeting at the Awadhi Bhojpuri Samaj Dharamshala on Saturday. During this, the murder case was discussed under the chairmanship of Ramakant Tiwari. He said that a delegation of Faridabad Sangharsh Samiti met the victim’s family. Aryan’s father Siyanand Mishra said that other criminals are also involved in his son’s murder. He was murdered by hatching a conspiracy. During the meeting, concern was also expressed about the increasing criminal activities in the city. Also, the demand for a CBI investigation into Aryan Mishra’s murder was considered.
A memorandum will be submitted to the DC in this regard on September 10. The meeting was attended by Raghuvar Dayal, head of Bhojpuri Awadhi Samaj, Khemanand, president of Inquilabi Mazdoor Kendra, Sanjay Maurya, former councilor Dayashankar Giri, HMS national vice president SD Tyagi, Santosh Yadav, Nagesh from Lohia Jagriti Mission, Yashwant Maurya, secretary of All India Maurya Mahasabha, etc. On the other hand, it was revealed in this case that after the incident, the accused Anil Kaushik was hiding in Bawana area of Delhi with his associate. The police is searching for the person who gave them shelter.
Membership of Go Task Force will be cancelled
Puran Mal Yadav, Vice President of Haryana Gau Seva Aayog, said that Gau Task Forces have been formed by the commission in the entire state. This task force works under the direction of the concerned District Deputy Commissioner (DC). He is appointed as the chairman of the task force. In every district, a DSP rank police officer is made the nodal officer of the task force. Every task force has three members. The job of the task force member is to inform the police or the nodal officer of the team by calling on Dial-112 about animal smugglers or any kind of suspicion. Anil Kaushik, the main accused in the Aryan Mishra murder case, is a member of the Gau Task Force formed in Faridabad. It was wrong for him to keep an illegal pistol. His membership will be cancelled.
The accused were hiding in Bawana, Delhi
If sources are to be believed, the investigation has revealed that after the incident, accused Anil Kaushik along with his associates went to Bawana area of Delhi. They remained hidden there. When the accused were identified in the CCTV camera installed at Gadpuri toll of Delhi-Agra National Highway, the police started searching for them. However, the police is not confirming from where they arrested the accused, but the accused were arrested from Delhi.
He used to put police siren-light on his car to show off
According to the information, Anil Kaushik used to put police siren and lights on his car to show off his power. Everyone used to think that he was a policeman on seeing the lights and siren on his car. The same thing happened with Aryan on the night of the incident. The car driver thought that Anil Kaushik’s team was police and started running away in the fear of getting caught.
Invoice will be presented by October
According to the information, the police has intensified the preparations to present the challan in the court in the Aryan murder case. It is being told that the police will present the challan by October. Evidence and other information is being collected in this regard. A legal expert said that in case of a sentence of more than 10 years, there is a provision to present the challan within 90 days.
The search for homeowners intensifies
According to information received from the police, the police has intensified the search for Sujata Gulati, Harshit Gulati and Kirti Sharma who were sitting in the car with Aryan Mishra. It is being told that the police station, outpost and crime branch team are searching for them. Officials say that Sujata, Harshit, Kirti and Sankey who were sitting in the car will also be included in the investigation.
