Gujarat ATS gets success
An accused has been arrested from Porbandar, Gujarat on charges of spying for Pakistan. Regarding this, Gujarat ATS SP K. Siddharth said, Gujarat ATS registered a case of espionage today. We had received information that a person named Pankaj Kotia was sending sensitive information to Pakistan from Porbandar. He was in contact with a Pakistani woman named Riya. He used to send sensitive information related to Coast Guard ships and their movements. He has received a total of Rs 26 thousand from 11 different bank accounts. This is a case of war against the Government of India and a case has been registered under sections 61 and 148 of the BNS.
Indian man becomes victim of honeytrap
He said that this is not a case of honeytrap, he was doing this for money. She also told that she (Rhea) is a Pakistani agent and works in the Pakistani Navy. He knew that he was giving information to a Pakistani Navy officer. Let us tell you that recently in Gujarat itself, a person was convicted for conspiring against India in collaboration with an agent of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. A special court in Lucknow has convicted a person from Gujarat in this case.

Regarding this, the Central Investigation Agency said that the special court has convicted Kumbhar under different cases of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and sentenced him separately on Tuesday. Let us tell you that earlier Mohammad Rashid of Chandauli district was convicted in the same case by the special court of NIA.
