Former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh and senior Congress leader Bhupesh Baghel said regarding the police interrogation of his son Chaitanya and daughter Deepti that his entire family will be tortured. Said that my mother had been harassed earlier also.
In this regard, Baghel released the video and wrote in the caption, “I do not tell many things to the media. That’s why you people are not able to know. The more I raise public issues, the more these people will harass my family. Had troubled my mother earlier also.”
Speaking to the media in Raipur, Baghel said, “When I was the Chief Minister, we were going to the Udaipur conference. The helicopter crashed in this airport. That day my son was sitting in the ED office. We are not on target from today. Now a double engine government has been formed.”
He said, “When my children got married, the ED searched the accounts of all the banks and found nothing. We have been on target for 5-6 years. Before that, when Raman Singh was the Chief Minister, he was on target and is still on target. The more we raise public issues, the more I and my family will be attacked.”
Baghel said that this has always been the way of working of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Are ready for that. We are not afraid of such small obstacles. He is doing public related work while being in politics, before this he had sent a notice to my mother.
It is noteworthy that Baghel’s daughter Deepti was interrogated on Wednesday and son Chaitanya was interrogated for about four hours at Bhilai police station on Thursday afternoon. Police have confiscated Chaitanya’s mobile. Chaitanya said that the police had given him a notice at 8 pm on Wednesday night to give his statement. That’s what they came to register for. Chaitanya has been interrogated in the case of fatal attack on Assistant Professor Vinod Sharma of Khubchand Baghel College, Bhilai-3. The injured professor is still admitted in Raipur AIIMS.
