Bihar chakka jam: The Grand Alliance has announced to block the state across the state today against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign running on behalf of the Election Commission in Bihar. All parties of the Grand Alliance including Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Congress, Left, VIP Party and Jan Adhikar Party (Pappu Yadav) are involved in this protest. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will reach Patna today and will march from Income Tax Golambar to the Election Commission office with Tejashwi Yadav.
