Many scams of Chirag Rajput came to light

On the other hand, many scams of Chirag Rajput, who escaped by dodging the police, have also come to light during the investigation. Only Ayushman card and PMJAY card holders were being targeted by Khyati Hospital. 13 such card holders from Borisna village were brought to Ahmedabad and their angiography was done. Seven healthy people were also subjected to angiography after being told that they had 80-90 percent blockage and 75 year old Nagar Sanma and 52 year old Mahesh Barod lost their lives.

During the investigation at Khyati Hospital, the police have checked all the files and have also found the original files of the treatment of the patients. The Crime Branch raided six places and seized 15 computers in which the data was stored. However, whether there is still data left in it or not will be known only after investigation.

These things came to light in the investigation

In this case it has also come to light that the data of patients was purchased by Khyati Hospital. This included all the information like age, gender and medical history of the patients. Specific villages were targeted with the help of illegally obtained data. Health checkup camps were organized there. Then the health data collected from the patients who came to these camps was sold to commercial health care and medical companies. That means it is like double breach of privacy.

These things came to light during the interrogation of the hospital staff

Patients who had undergone angiography and angioplasty. The police has claimed to have collected their data also. Many things have also come to light during the interrogation of the hospital staff and after getting the details of the hospital CEO Rahul Jain, investigation has also been started against him. The entire team of Marketing Manager Milind Patel was working for the branding of the hospital and to find victims. Due to this, investigation has been started against him also.

Lookout circular issued against them

On the other hand, the police has also collected a lot of information by interrogating the arrested Dr. Vazirani. Many shocking revelations have been made on this basis. A lookout circular has been issued to ensure that Dr. Kartik Patel, who has gone to Australia, does not escape anywhere else. Besides, a lookout circular has also been issued against all other doctors Sanjay Mulji Patolia, Chirag Harisingh Rajput, and Rajshree Pradeep Kothari.

It is noteworthy that Khyati Hospital, in the name of electing the government, performs angioplasty on anyone whether he needs it or not. For this, remote villages were targeted. Camps were organized there and for this camp, village Sarpanch or influential people were contacted and they were also offered 10 to 20 percent commission. At present, three FIRs have been registered by the police against the hospital officials.

Documents revealed in crime branch investigation

In Khyati Hospital, mostly raw documents of the records of patients undergoing angioplasty were prepared so that they could be manipulated at any time. A big reason for this is that even the names of many patients are fake. Apart from this, many times, despite the patients not facing any problem, someone else’s report was added to their name and their procedure was done.
