Bihar News: Today everyone’s eyes are on the entry of another political party in Bihar politics. Prashant Kishore, who has been continuously trying to explore different parts of Bihar through padyatra for the last two years, has chosen the day of Gandhi Jayanti to launch his party Jan Suraj. For the past several days, Prashant Kishor has been trying to show the dream of a new Bihar to the people of Bihar. He has high hopes of getting the support of the people of the state in the assembly elections to be held next year.
In such a situation, the discussion is taking place very seriously in the political circles as to which party will Prashant Kishor cause the most damage politically. However, in his speeches, Prashant Kishor has been targeting BJP and Congress as well as Lalu Prasad Yadav’s RJD and Nitish Kumar’s party JDU. However, leaders of various political parties seem confident of showing their strength once again on the basis of their caste equation.
Prashant Kishor became a puzzle for political parties
Once upon a time, Prashant Kishore alias PK was very close to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, but now he does not hesitate at all in targeting Nitish Kumar. His targets are mainly Lalu Prasad Yadav and Nitish Kumar. However, from time to time he has also been cursing BJP and Congress. Prashant Kishor is entering the arena of electoral politics on his own for the first time and he remains an enigma for all the political parties in Bihar.
However, it is also true that there is curiosity in the hearts and minds of the people of Bihar about Prashant Kishore. In the meetings held during his padyatra, he has fiercely targeted the familyism of Lalu Prasad Yadav. He has been continuously talking about Nitish Kumar that he has seen his best times in Bihar and now the phase of his decline has started. They are completely captured by the BJP.
Political parties refuse to accept the threat
The four parties considered politically strong in Bihar, BJP, Congress, JDU and RJD, have been refusing to consider Prashant Kishor as a political threat. Well, it is true that Prashant Kishore has succeeded in making inroads in the hearts and minds of a large section of Bihar by showing his dream of changing Bihar.
He has also been emphasizing on breaking the web of caste and sect politics in Bihar. In such a situation, the biggest question is that after entering the political arena, Prashant Kishor will work to cut the votes of which party. Caste equation has been showing a big impact in the elections in Bihar and hence this question becomes very important.
RJD confident about Muslim-Yadav equation
In Bihar, Lalu Yadav’s party RJD has been showing its strength through the equation of Muslims and Yadavs. In his meeting, Prashant Kishore has been targeting Lalu Yadav’s familyism. He has also made fun of Tejashwi Yadav by repeatedly mentioning that he has passed ninth class.
However, despite Lalu Yadav’s political activism being less, Tejashwi Yadav has been getting support from Yadavs and Muslims. This is the reason why RJD leaders seem confident about their Muslim-Yadav equation and they believe that it is not possible to break into this vote bank.
It is not easy to break Nitish’s caste equation
On the other hand, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s politics has revolved around the Luv Kush equation. Nitish Kumar, who belongs to the Kurmi caste, has a strong hold on this vote bank. Along with this, Nitish has also been getting a lot of support from the extremely backward classes. In such a situation, breaking the caste equation between Nitish and Lalu Yadav is not considered easy in the politics of Bihar.
However, Prashant Kishore is confident of breaking the shackles of caste equation. As far as BJP is concerned, the party still seems to be in a wait and watch situation regarding Prashant Kishore. BJP leaders are not discussing anything openly on this issue right now. They are busy trying to assess the political situation.
Lok Janshakti Party leader and Union Minister Chirag Paswan is also showing his strength on the basis of Dalit votes. Chirag Paswan is also trying to increase his strength during the assembly elections.
Trying to get support on Bihar issues
Prashant Kishor has been continuously drawing the picture of the plight of Bihar in his speeches. Along with this, he has also been promising the people of the state that if he gets power, he will remove Bihar from the category of lagging states and bring it into the category of top 10 states of the country. In his speeches, he has been strongly raising the issue of the poor and underprivileged people of the state as well as those who are deprived of employment.
He says that due to lack of employment in Bihar, people here are forced to migrate. He has been targeting both BJP and Nitish on the issue of not setting up any big industry in Bihar. During his office tours, he has received widespread support from people in various areas, but it remains to be seen whether he is able to convert it into votes through his political party Jan Suraj or not.
