Bihar Parliament Monsoon Session: The monsoon session of the Bihar Legislative Assembly is wet with the thunder of statements not due to rain. As soon as the proceedings of the House started on Wednesday, the political storm came. A question by Tejashwi Yadav brought strength to the appearance of the ruling party and then what happened heats the politics of the whole of Bihar. Tejashwi Yadav attacked the government directly on the issue of SIR. The shower of allegations was so fast that the temperature of the House suddenly increased. As soon as Assembly Speaker Nand Kishore Yadav gave time to all the parties, the opposition landed in the field with full preparation. But the matter deteriorated when RJD MLA Bhai Virendra bounced a jumla in the House which made ghee work in the political fire.
“This house does not belong to anyone’s father!”
On hearing this statement of Bhai Virendra, the ruling party erupted. The legislators of the ruling party started an uproar and a counter -attack was called a lot of tanj applause and conflict. The opposition also did not back down. The entire House began to look like a battlefield where no rules were being fired only. The uproar increased so much that the Speaker had to postpone the proceedings. But in the meantime he clearly said, brother Virendra should apologize. But is the apology so easy in politics?
When Nitish himself stood up
The most shocking moment between this turmoil of the House came when Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar himself stood up. He did not wait for the permission of any speaker. To respond to Tejashwi’s words, he opened the story of the last 20 years directly. Nitish said, “Remember Bihar before 2005, no one came out of the house after evening. There was a government of kidnapping and anarchy. Then we handled Bihar by adding one brick and you … You were a child at that time!” Pointing to Tejashwi, Nitish said, “What was the condition of Bihar when your parents were in the government? Whatever system is there today, it did not work in a day.”
Stunning VS Nitish: Old Quarrel New Color
While Tejashwi tried to surround the government on serious issues like SIR, Nitish brought the entire political history in response. This is the same fight which has become the real axis of Bihar politics, on one side, the poster of future politics, Boy Tejashwi and on the other hand experienced Nitish who has 20 years of power experience. But the question is, who will listen to the public now? Nitish’s experience or sharpness of Tejashwi?
Decision will be decided in public court
The CM finished his talk and said, “Now the public will decide who has done what he made. Who made Bihar and who only talked. The elections are near and that will be the real test.” This entire incident has made one thing clear that in Dibihar’s politics, no argument has started just. The swords of words have intensified and the electoral passion is clearly visible in the camps of both sides.
There will be more explosives next few days
The proceedings of the House were postponed but the issue is not over. Tejashwi will again speak Nitish will answer again. The public is watching and the upcoming election will decide on which side the politics of Bihar will sit. But one thing is certain, now the session of Bihar Legislative Assembly has become a live arena of politics, not just papers. And the audience is the 13 crore people of Bihar who will decide who the real player is.
