Bihar Budget 2025: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Samrat Chaudhary has presented a budget of three lakh 17 thousand crores in the assembly on Monday. This is the final budget of CM Nitish Kumar government before the assembly elections to be held at the end of the year. This budget of Bihar government is more than 38 thousand crore rupees from the previous year’s budget. Before presenting the budget, Finance Minister Samrat Chaudhary duly worshiped the temple.

He took the blessings of God by keeping the first copy of the budget in the temple. While presenting the budget, Finance Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that the main objective of the government is to develop health, employment and education. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Emperor Chaudhary said that the public has appreciated the efforts of the government for the development of Bihar. Under the leadership of CM Nitish Kumar, the government is constantly doing public utility work.

Under the efficient leadership of CM Nitish Kumar and under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bihar is continuously moving forward on the path of development. With the cooperation of the central government, continuous development works are being done in Bihar. Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary said that development is taking place in Bihar with the cooperation of the Central Government. Institutional policies have been made easy. The financial management of Bihar has been much better than before.

Major points of the budget of Bihar government:

– The total size of Bihar budget is three lakh 17 thousand 895.02 crore. This is more than 38 thousand crores from last year’s budget.

A target has been set to get more than eight thousand 800 crore revenue.

-A private medical college will be established in Bihar.

-Women’s gym will be made and the deployment of women trainer will be done there.

Pink toilets of women will be made.

Pink will be run for women in major cities of Bihar. In which the ride, driver and conductor will be women.

-A provision of cash grant will be made on purchasing e-rickshaws and two-wheelers for commercial operations to women drivers.

-Women’s vehicle operating training center will be established in major cities of Bihar. Whose instructors will also be women.

In every panchayat of Bihar, the girl marriage pavilion will be constructed by the government in a phased manner for the marriage of poor girls.

– The college will also be established in PPP mode.

-108 municipal medical centers will be opened in Bihar.

– Special care centers will open for cancer patients.

– Cancer hospitals will open in Begusarai.

– Bihar government will set up a compress biogas plant from companies.

– The government made an incentive policy to set up drug production companies.

– Hostel for working women will be established in major cities of Bihar.

Center will be established for help in different cities of the country for migrant Biharis.

– Bihar government will double scholarship rate.

– The scheme expenditure is one lakh 16 thousand crores and the establishment expenditure has been kept at Rs 2 lakh 135 crore.

– A loan of Rs 1543 crore is proposed in Bihar budget.

While presenting the budget in the Assembly House, Finance Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that the Bihar government is moving beyond the power of double engine.
