Gopal khemka murder encounter: The investigation into businessman Gopal Khemka murder case in Patna, Bihar has taken a new turn. In fact, there was a dreadful encounter in Malsalami area of Patna City at around 2:45 pm on Tuesday night, in which the police and the notorious criminal Vikas alias ‘Raja’ came face to face.
Encounter between police and Raja
The incident of this encounter was no less than a film scene. As soon as the police raided the king, he started firing. The king was killed in retaliation. Police have recovered a pistol, live cartridges and kiosks from the spot. The king has been identified as a criminal who supplied weapons to kill Gopal Khemka.
According to the police, he has got a great relief from this action as the king was absconding for a long time and the police was looking for him. Since this encounter, sensation has spread in the area and the security system has been further tightened.
Was it a well planned conspiracy?
JDU leader of Bihar government Rajiv Ranjan said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is monitoring every aspect. But the opposition is raising the question that if Khemka was already threatened then why was his security lifted? These are the same Khemka whose elder son Gunjan Khemka was murdered in Vaishali in 2019.
Bullets were fired at Khemka outside the house
Khemka was fired near the Panas Hotel near the Gandhi Maidan police station while he was returning to his apartment. The attack was planned- the shooter was already ambushed. First a shooter named Umesh was arrested, then the police reached the king on his spot.
Questions raised about security after Khemka’s murder
After the murder of Gopal Khemka, the biggest question has arisen whether a big conspiracy is being hatched on the Khemka family or it is part of a rivalry. The police may be getting clues one after the other, but the question is not just about the murder of Khemka, the question is about the security of Patna.
