A teacher teaching Urdu in a madrasa located in Manimajra, Chandigarh made a minor child a victim of lust. The family came to know about the incident when the 13 year old child refused to study in the madrassa. The child told the mother about the wrongdoings done to him by the accused teacher who taught in the madrasa. The child’s family complained to the police. After getting the child medically examined, the Manimajra police station, on the basis of the complaint, registered a case against the accused teacher Salik under POCSO and other sections and arrested him.
The son told the truth to his mother
In the complaint given to the police, the person living in Sarangpur police station area said that he wanted to teach Urdu to the child to introduce him to religion. He started sending his 13-year-old son to the Madrasa of Manimajra to learn Urdu. A few days ago, a young man who taught Urdu there committed adultery with his son. After reaching home, her son told the whole story to his mother. Complaint about disgusting behavior with the son was given to Manimajra police station. D.S.P. Jasbir Singh and Manimajra police station incharge Ramdayal Singh reached the mosque with the team. The police investigated the room where the accused committed the crime with the child. After getting the child medically examined, the police registered a case against the accused and arrested him based on the complaint of the family members and the statements of the child.
Other children studying in Madrasa will also be interrogated
