Chirag Paswan Attacks Nitish Government: There has been a panic in Bihar politics once again. Union Minister and Chief Minister of Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), Chirag Paswan has written a two -page letter to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and raised many big questions on the government’s failure over the gang rape and attempt to murder a 9 -year -old Dalit girl in Kudhni area of Muzaffarpur. In this letter, he has not only targeted the law and order of the state, but has also described the frequent failures of health services against humanity.

Chirag Paswan’s letter …

Chirag Paswan wrote strictly in the letter that this incident has become a symbol of Bihar’s social condolences and failure of administrative system. He said that the victim fought a painful battle for life for six days, but lost his life in Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) on 1 June due to great negligence of treatment. The girl was kept in an ambulance for six hours, but due to the negligence of the hospital administration and doctors, she could not get treatment properly on time.

Chirag wrote, The more criminals who gang -raped the innocent, they are as guilty as doctors and staff who deliberately delayed the treatment. This is not just a negligence but a major crime against humanity.

Chirag Paswan made three demands from the Chief Minister:

1. Arrest and strict punishment of the culprits as soon as possible: All the convicts involved in this violent crime should be arrested immediately and strict legal action should be taken against them and they should be punished harshly.

2. Judicial inquiry of PMCH: A judicial inquiry should be conducted at the highest level of the role of hospital administration, doctors and medical staff so that the truth can be revealed.

3. Strict action on guilty personnel: Criminal cases should be registered against all the employees who have been negligent in treatment and inhuman behavior, they should be suspended from immediate service and departmental action should be initiated.

Chirag Paswan’s anger

On this matter, Chirag warned a credibility and said that if the government remains calm on this issue, then this peace will become the biggest crime for itself. He also said that it is not just the death of a girl, but a mirror of failures of constitutional responsibilities of the state.

Let me tell you, after this development, a new big debate has started in Bihar politics. The opposition has also started to surround the government and this letter of Chirag Paswan is being seen as an important political step. Now it will have to be seen further what Nitish Sarkar reacts to this.
