Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann was investigated on Friday. Due to deteriorating health, he is admitted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali. Sharing information about his treatment, Dr. RK Jaswal, Director and Head of Cardiology Department, has said that some tests related to the heart of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann have been done, the report of which is yet to come. According to Dr. Jaswal, the increase in pressure in the arteries of the Chief Minister’s lungs has put pressure on his heart. Because of this his blood pressure has become irregular.

Dr. Jaswal said that the team of doctors will decide further only after the results of heart test and investigation are received. He said that, however, the Chief Minister is responding well to the treatment and it is expected that his condition will improve soon. It is noteworthy that due to health related problems, Chief Minister Mann was admitted to Fortis Hospital for treatment on Thursday. Since then his treatment is continuing.

His health deteriorated at Chandigarh Airport on September 17.

Earlier also on September 17, Bhagwant Mann’s health suddenly deteriorated, when he was present at Chandigarh Airport. After this he was admitted to a hospital in Chandigarh and then to Apollo Hospital in Delhi. It is being told that CM Mann is suffering from stomach infection. Even then Congress and Akali Dal had targeted Chief Minister Mann and Aam Aadmi Party. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had refuted this and said that even if he sat on the ground to tie his shoes, his opponents would say that he had fallen.

Majithia had expressed fear of liver transplant

There is also a political uproar in Punjab regarding the health of CM Mann. Akali Dal had targeted Chief Minister Mann and Aam Aadmi Party. Also demanded that they be informed about their whereabouts and illnesses. Shiromani Akali Dal General Secretary Bikram Singh Majithia has released a video on Twitter demanding the Punjab Government and Fortis Hospital to issue a health bulletin.

Majithia said that Chief Minister Mann is suffering from a serious liver disease, liver cirrhosis. Majithia released a video of more than 9 minutes and said that Aam Aadmi Party is saying that the Chief Minister has gone for regular checkup, whereas this is completely false. He raised the question that regular check-up is done in a few hours, but why is he admitted at night. He said that considering the sensitivity of Punjab, it is important to tell about the health condition of the CM. Majithia has expressed the fear of lung related disease and liver transplant to the Chief Minister.
