The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh reached Prayagraj on December 7. During this, while participating in a program of UP Police, he praised the UP Police profusely and said that the work of the state police is now being praised all over the world.
The Chief Minister further said, we have to remain alert during the Mahakumbh. If caution is taken, opponents will conspire. Special care must be taken to ensure that no rumor of any kind is spread. Also, social media should be constantly monitored.
Preparations taken stock before PM’s visit
Took stock of the preparations ahead of the Prime Minister’s proposed visit to Prayagraj on 13 December. Appealing to the BJP leaders to make the program a success, the CM said that a historic crowd should gather in PM Modi’s rally. Also, the responsibility of people for transportation of workers should be decided as soon as possible. Along with this, the CM instructed the BJP leaders that they should stay away from any wrong statements.
