Bihar Politics: The Congress has made its stand clear amidst the rapid movements of the assembly elections in Bihar. The Congress, along with the RJD, will enter the election arena against the NDA. Due to the ongoing tussle with RJD for some time, this decision of the top leadership of the party is being considered important from a political perspective.
However, the party has not yet clarified how many assembly seats in the state will contest. It is believed that the party is busy assessing various assembly seats in the state. Along with this, the party has not opened its cards on the issue of making RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav the CM candidate. The party says that a decision will be taken in this regard when the time comes.
Congress will contest elections with RJD
Assembly elections are proposed in Bihar this year in Bihar this year and various political parties have intensified their activities for this. An important meeting was held yesterday in the capital Delhi to discuss the political possibilities of the Congress in Bihar. During the meeting, some leaders, including the new president of Bihar Pradesh Congress, Rajesh Kumar, complained that they are not getting proper respect from the RJD. Party leaders appeared angry at the issue.
On the complaint of party leaders, Rahul Gandhi said that respect is achieved in politics. He also made it clear that during the Bihar assembly elections, the party will join the election arena with RJD. During the meeting, the state leadership was instructed by the party high command to start preparations for seats and candidates. The party leadership said that 90 percent of the candidates can be announced three months before the assembly elections only after complete preparation.
No confusion about alliance
After this important meeting with Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi and party’s national president Mallikarjun Kharge, in -charge of Bihar Congress Krishna Allavaru and State Congress President Rajesh Kumar Ram said that there is no confusion about the alliance in Bihar.
He said that we will all meet together with the BJP and its allies in the state. He said that the current form of India alliance in Bihar will remain further. However, when asked about the seats, he did not explain any number.
The leaves not shell on making Tejashwi a CM face
The Congress has not yet opened its cards on the issue of making RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav a CM face in Bihar. On this issue, the state Congress in -charge clarified that when the meeting takes place, it will be discussed in this regard. He said that it would not be right to say anything on this issue right now. Although Congress sources say that there will be no problem in this, but the Congress should put the demand for the post of deputy CM.
RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has already declared Tejashwi Yadav as CM Face. He has appealed to the people of Bihar to vote this time to oust the NDA from power and to become the Chief Minister of Tejashwi Yadav.
MP Pappu Yadav not invited to meet
Purnima Independent MP Pappu Yadav was not invited to this important meeting of the Congress on Tuesday. Even during the press conference, Congress leaders refrained from speaking anything about Pappu Yadav. In fact, this step has been taken by the Congress in view of the possible RJD’s displeasure over Pappu Yadav. Pappu Yadav’s relationship with RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav is not good and it is believed that the Congress is still running away from Pappu Yadav.
During the last assembly election, the Congress contested 70 seats and the party won 19 seats. This time the party is preparing to contest elections in almost the same number of seats this time. However, during the talks about seats, some flexible attitude can be adopted by the party.
