Bihar Politics: The political movements for the assembly elections in Bihar have intensified. Meanwhile, the Congress, the major party of the Rashtriya Janata Dal -led opposition grand alliance, has given a big blow to the RJD. The Congress has made it clear that the face of the Chief Minister’s post has not been finalized in Bihar. Congress General Secretary Sachin Pilot, who arrived on a tour of Patna, said about the CM face, who will sit on which position, it will be decided after the election.
This statement of Sachin Pilot is considered a major setback for RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has already declared Tejashwi as the face of CM. Tejashwi has also claimed to become his own CM, but the Congress has not yet agreed to it. Bihar Congress in -charge Krishna Allavaru has also supported Sachin Pilot’s statement. Allavaru had increased the restlessness of the RJD camp by making a similar statement in Delhi recently.
Struggle over the post of Chief Minister
The Chief Minister does not seem to be agreed in the opposition grand alliance regarding the face. Apart from RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav also recently described himself as the chief ministerial contender. During the Mushar-Bhui Mehrauli in Patna, Tejashwi Yadav had said that he would work to settle him if he becomes the Chief Minister. Earlier, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has also described Tejashwi as the CM face of the opposition grand alliance.
RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari says that Tejashwi was also a face in 2020 and will be the face of the Chief Minister’s post in 2025. He said that there should be no confusion in this regard. The RJD spokesperson said that what a leader in the Congress is speaking is no meaning. The top leadership knows that Tejashwi Yadav is sitting on the driving seat.
CM will be decided after elections
On the other hand, Congress leader Sachin Pilot, who reached Patna, said during a conversation with the media that no final decision has been taken by the party regarding the face of the post of Chief Minister. He said that a decision will be taken in this regard only after the victory of the opposition grand alliance in the assembly elections. He said that there will be a special focus on increasing investment in our government in the state and youth will be given large -scale jobs.
Referring to the Congress’s ‘Job Do Exodus Roko Yatra’, Sachin Pilot said that party workers have traveled for 26 days on this big issue. The youth of Bihar are being forced to flee and we want to stop it. We have to pay attention to the issue why people migrate from Bihar.
Pilot said that today people of Bihar go all over the country and work for wages or find small employment. This situation is not created in a day but is the result of incorrect policies of years. People sitting in power are responsible for this situation. If Nitish Kumar had to support Modi, then he should have asked for 10-20 lakh jobs for the youth of Bihar.
Nitish did nothing for the youth of Bihar
On this occasion, Congress national spokesperson Supriya Srinet said that Bihar has a population of around 13 crore and it has 8 crore people under 25 years of age. Nitish Kumar has been sitting on the Chief Minister’s chair for almost 20 years, but he did not take concrete initiative towards providing employment to these eight crore youth. This is the reason that today the youth of Bihar have been forced to flee. He said that it is necessary to provide employment to these youth for the progress of Bihar.
