The Congress party, which is struggling for its existence in Bihar, has started rebuilding the organization before the upcoming assembly elections. A major reshuffle is going to take place at the block level within the next two months.
Before the assembly elections in Bihar, the Congress party has started strengthening its organization. The paper and inactive block presidents of Congress will be removed. New people will be given responsibilities in their place. Bihar Congress in-charge Mohan Prakash on Thursday divided the responsibilities among the newly appointed three in-charge secretaries Devendra Yadav, Sunil Kumar Pasi, Shahnawaz Alam in the state office located at Sadakat Ashram in Patna. Along with this, a time limit of the next two months was set for the formation and reorganization of the block committees.
In the meeting of the State Congress Committee, State In-charge Mohan Prakash directed to set targets and strengthen the foundation of the organization within time. He said that for strengthening the party, agitations will have to be done on public interest and local issues. Power is worshipped in politics. Take a pledge to communicate with one or two new people every day. Right now the problem of Bihar Congress is lack of communication. Even if there is a discussion, it is only within the group. This wall will have to be broken.
He said that while selecting block presidents and committee members, social equations, caste and religion will be taken care of. A division will be formed on 10-12 booths. The division president will appoint booth level agents (BLAs). Those BLAs will be connected to the State Congress Committee. After this, a booth committee will be formed.

Congress needs to stand on its own, instead of relying on RJD
