In Madhya Pradesh, State President of Youth Congress Mitendra Darshan Singh is in trouble. Madhya Pradesh Police has registered an FIR against him for posting a song about Ladli Brahmin Yojana and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. FIR has been registered in Indore on the complaint of BJP. The video posted on social media platform X has been deleted.
Along with giving the complaint on behalf of BJP’s legal cell, it has been demanded that the X account of Mitendra Darshan Singh should be created permanently immediately. BJP has said that by posting such videos they are trying to disturb the peace in the state. The complaint states, ‘Madhya Pradesh Youth Congress State President Mitendra Singh posted a misleading video on X against Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, making fun of the Ladli Brahmin Yojana.’
BJP said that making fun of a person holding a constitutional post in this way comes in the category of treason. The party said, ‘The words chosen, ‘There should be fear in every house’, intend to disturb the peace and order of Madhya Pradesh and create fear among the common people.’ The video in the pen drive has also been handed over to the police. A case has been registered against the Youth Congress leader in Indore Crime Branch under sections 353(2) and 356(2) of BNS.
