Bihar domicile policy: The Bihar government will implement a domic policy in teacher reinstatement. Under this, the first citizens of Bihar will get priority. Before the assembly elections in Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has given a big gift to the candidates of teacher recruitment. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar informed about the implementation of asphalt policy through tweet. In the post done on X, CM Nitish Kumar wrote that since the formation of the government in November 2025, continuous work is being done to improve the education system. A large number of teachers have been appointed for strengthening the education system.
He further wrote that in order to give priority to the residents living in Bihar in the restoration of teachers, instructions have been given to the Education Department to make necessary amendments in the relevant rules. It will be implemented from TRE-4 itself. TRE-4 in the year 2025 and TRE-5 will be held in 2026. Instructions have also been given to organize STET before organizing TRE-5.
