After being elected president of DCA, MP Dushyant Singh’s entry into RCA can be considered certain. After the formation of BJP government in the state, RCA is becoming a political arena. Here, sons of many ministers and MLAs of the state are dreaming of getting a big position in RCA by taking posts in DCA. Whereas, the sons of political stalwarts are looking for back door entry into the state politics from here. According to the news of ETV Bharat Rajasthan, many political veterans have already taken entry in DCA due to their desire to get a post in RCA.
Dhananjay Singh Khinvsar, son of Medical Minister Gajendra Singh Khinvsar, is ready to enter RCA by becoming the president of Nagaur District Cricket Association. At the same time, Parakram Singh, son of former leader of opposition from Churu, Rajendra Rathore, is making efforts for RCA by becoming the president of DCA. Apart from these, Minister Madan Dilawar’s son Pawan Dilawar has also entered cricket and has been elected unopposed as treasurer by Baran Cricket Association, while Abhishek Sharma, son of Mahant of Moti Dungri Temple has also been elected treasurer from Dungarpur.
According to Jaideep Bayani, convener of the adhoc committee associated with RCA, the committee has got an extension of 3 months by the state government. In such a situation, there is no possibility of RCA elections right now. He told that all the registrars of the state have been asked to conduct DCA elections. RCA elections will be conducted on the instructions of the state government. They do not have information about elections in Jhalawar District Cricket Association, nor has any observer been appointed.
In such a situation, it is believed that in the elections of Rajasthan Cricket Association, all these political veterans can try their luck for the post of President, Secretary and Treasurer. Besides, there is a possibility of conflict breaking out between the sons of senior leaders during the elections for these posts.
