Displeasure among BSP workers regarding Amit Shah
The country’s Home Minister Amit Shah had given a statement in the Parliament regarding Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, after which the atmosphere seems to be heating up. At the same time, leaders of opposition parties are continuously demanding an apology from the Home Minister and are appealing to the President to remove him from the post. In Etawah also, Bahujan Samaj Party workers protested on Tuesday. Here the party workers raised slogans against Amit Shah in Moradabad and demanded an apology from him. A poster of the Home Minister was also displayed by the party people due to which the police arrested two party workers.
The demonstration was being carried out peacefully
On December 24, on the call of Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati, protests are being held by BSP workers at headquarters across the country. Two party workers were arrested by the Civil Line Police during the protest in Etawah. Due to which the people of Bahujan Samaj Party appeared quite angry. Giving information, BSP District President Manoj Kumar said that we were protesting peacefully but the police stopped us from protesting and arrested two of our party workers. Further said that we have not committed any violation in any way. The same workers were accused of burning the poster of the country’s Home Minister Amit Shah and trampling it under their feet. BSP President says that no one has neither burnt nor crushed the poster. Our workers have been arrested in a dictatorial manner.
