Such a case of murder and love affair has come to light from Kutch, Gujarat, which is difficult to even imagine. Here a woman proved herself dead. After this she ran away with her lover. However, after some time she regretted her actions and returned. When she told the whole story to her father, the father thought that his daughter’s ghost was narrating this story. However, when the police came to know about this, they arrested the woman along with her lover. After this the whole matter came to light.
The police have arrested the loving couple and registered a case of murder. Along with this, DNA test of the skeleton is being done so that it can be clear as to the person who died. Who was he.
What is the matter?
The matter is of Khari village of Kutch. Here there was a love affair between married Rami Kana Debha Chad (Aahir) and Anil Gopalbhai Vishrambhai Gagal (age 26), resident of Khari village. Rami told Anil that if you declare me dead then I will come to you. After this, accused Anil was searching for the unclaimed dead body for a month. Meanwhile, on the night of 3rd July, Anil talked to an old man sitting on a bench near Hamirsar pond in Bhuj. He came to know that the old man’s name is Pratap Bhatia and there is no one in his family. Because of this he is living alone. After this, Anil followed him and reached the place where Bharat Bhai was sleeping.

Anil kidnapped the old man in an Echo car late at night, took him to the desert of Bhojardo and Chhachhi, strangulated him to death and called Rami and made a complete plan. The dead body of the old man was brought to the village and the accused covered the dead body with garbage. Later, as per the plan, Rami made a video on June 19 and talked about suicide. She said that I will not be able to fulfill life and your expectations from me, I am tired. I am sorry, Rami made two different videos in the mobile phone and sent them to his father Sakrabhai on 5th July and as per the prior plan, at 11:30 am on 5th July. The accused took the body from his courtyard to the courtyard of nearby Kana Karshan Chad and Anil and Rami placed the dead old man on a load of wood and set it on fire, Rami left his clothes, bangles and mobile, shoes with him. After staying there for one night, the accused Anil absconded with his girlfriend Rami the next day.

Both the accused, Anil and Rami, lived in Kabarkha village of Bhanvad taluka for a month. After this, he started living on rent in a house in Umaidnagar Colony, Bhuj. Meanwhile, when Rami repented of the murder, she went to meet her father Sakrabhai Karmanbhai Karasia, who lived in Nadapa village, on the night of 27 September. She cried and said, forgive me. However, Sakrabhai refused to accept his daughter. They first thought that it was the ghost of their daughter, who was fabricating a story and later they put a condition of appearing before the police. After this both the accused again absconded. However, Khavda police caught the love couple from Rapar area and the entire incident was exposed.
The deceased were residents of Bhuj.
During the interrogation of accused Anil, Khavra police investigated to identify the unknown old man. Meanwhile, under the shop in Bhuj, an unknown old man was sleeping. With the help of Shivam Traders, the owner of that shop, a sketch of the dead old man was prepared. From the sketch, Nareshbhai Pratapbhai Gandhi (Bhatiya), resident of Ganeshnagar, Bhuj, brother of the deceased, identified the police that his brother Bharatbhai Pratapbhai Bhatia (deceased, 72) was originally from Mankuva and is currently living in Bhuj. Khavda police has registered a case against the accused Rami and her lover Anil Gagal under the section of murder and have taken further action.
