An embarrassing incident has come to light in the capital Shimla. The stepfather has been accused of doing disgusting things to his daughter. A girl here has accused her stepfather of molesting her while under the influence of alcohol. The victim says that her stepfather does obscene acts with her after drinking alcohol. The accused talks about doing wrong things to her. He is doing such things many times. Fed up with such inhuman behavior of her stepfather, the girl has filed a complaint with the police and sought justice.
On the complaint of the victim, Shimla Police has registered an FIR under sections of sexual harassment and started investigation and is busy arresting the accused. This case has come to light in Baluganj police station area of Shimla city. According to the complaint given by the victim, after the death of the father, the mother had remarried a few years ago. After this she started living with her mother and stepfather. The stepfather started molesting her after a few days and his actions kept increasing. The accused took the opportunity and started forcing himself by touching her body parts. When she protests, he abuses her, becomes bent on assault and threatens her to keep her mouth shut. The stepfather often uses such force after drinking alcohol. Fed up with his actions, she reached the police station and narrated her ordeal.
The policemen were shocked to hear the ordeal of the victim girl. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the accused under various criminal sections. A Shimla Police official said on Thursday that action is being taken by registering an FIR against the accused under sections 74, 75 (1), (2), (3) and 79 of the Indian Justice Code. Efforts are underway to arrest the accused.
