A heartbreaking case has come to light from Jaspur area of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand. Here a woman has made serious allegations of rape and threatening her father -in -law. The victim says that her husband works abroad and during this time the father -in -law exploited her physically and mentally.
Father -in -law scared and raped several times
The victim said that she was married nine years ago and has two young children. Shortly after the marriage, the husband went abroad, due to which she was left alone in her in -laws’ house. During this time his father -in -law’s behavior changed and he started obscene acts. On protesting, the father -in -law threatened him that if he said anything to anyone, he would disrepute. The woman says that she told this to her mother -in -law, but she did not get any help. The mother -in -law advised her to remain silent. After this, the father -in -law scared and raped several times and gave mental torture.

Recently, when the husband came home from abroad, the woman told the whole thing. The father -in -law then threatened to kill his own son. Seeing the danger of life, the victim moved to second place with her husband, but the accused did not leave the chase there either. On May 12, in a kinship feast, the accused father -in -law attacked his son and seriously injured him. He threatened that the results would be even more dangerous if he was not listened to.
Could not get protection from your loved ones.
The victim has lodged a complaint with the police. CO Deepak Singh of Jaspur-Kashipur area said that a case has been registered under sections 64 (1) (rape), 115 (2), 351 (2) and 352 of BNS on the victim’s Tahrir. The police is conducting a thorough investigation into the case and soon the accused will be arrested. This incident is going to shock the society, where a woman could not get protection from her own in her own house.
