A sensational firing incident has come to light in Punjab. After Shiv Sena leader Sandeep Thapar, another Hindu leader has been attacked. Miscreants have fired three rounds. CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced. A few days after a deadly attack with a sharp weapon on Shiv Sena leader Sandeep alias Gora Thapar in Ludhiana, a firing incident has come to light in Amritsar. Four attackers fired at Praveen Kumar, vice-president of Rashtriya Bhagwa Sena. A bullet hit Praveen’s shoulder, injuring him. He has been admitted to the hospital. The incident has been captured in CCTV cameras installed at the incident site. Majitha Road police station has registered a case against the unknown attackers and started investigation.

Praveen, a resident of Guru Nanak Avenue, said that he is the vice-president of the Rashtriya Bhagwa Sena. He has been working for the organization for the last 12 years. He has no enmity with anyone. On Wednesday night at 9:15, four youths came to his e-rickshaw showroom on Majitha Road. Two youths entered the showroom and two stood outside. The faces of the youths who came inside were covered with cloth. Praveen said that when he asked those youths what they wanted to buy, they took out a gun and fired at him. The attackers fired three rounds. One bullet hit his shoulder. After committing the crime, the miscreants fled away.
Anger among Hindu organizations
On hearing the gunshot, people gathered around and took him to Guru Nanak Dev Hospital in a critical condition, where he is undergoing treatment. Hindu organizations in the city are angry with this incident. They have demanded the arrest of the attackers and providing police protection to Praveen Kumar. Majitha Road police station has registered a case against unknown persons and has started action to arrest the accused.

Meanwhile, in the case of a deadly attack on Shiv Sena leader Sandeep alias Gora Thapar in Ludhiana with a sharp weapon, the police station division number-2 and the CIA team have arrested the mastermind of the attack Jaswinder Singh alias Sunny. In this case, Sunny’s name came up during interrogation of the accused who were already arrested and are on remand, after which the police arrested him. The fourth accused in this case, Suchha Singh, is still absconding.
