A case of gang rape of a minor has come to light in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Four youths committed a brutal act on the girl. The girl alleged that a youth living in the neighborhood took her along on the pretext of a walk and held her hostage in a house. After this, he, along with his friends, gang raped the girl. The savages also beat her up while committing the brutality. They also threatened the girl that if she told anyone about this, they would kill her. After threatening to kill her, they left her outside the house.

On Sunday, the minor girl reached the police station with her mother and lodged a complaint about the entire incident with the station in-charge Shashi Dhurve. In the complaint, the girl said that she had left her studies a few years ago. She was friends with Aryan Yadav alias Tannu who lived in the neighborhood. On Friday evening at around 5 o’clock, Aryan asked her to go for a walk and she agreed to go as he was her friend. In this way, Aryan took her with him. On the way, Aryan’s friends Nihal Lodhe, Anshul Mehta and Ashish Samudra alias Vinod met her.
Gang rape and beating after being held hostage
After this, all went to Indira Market and took the girl hostage. The savages kept a 17-year-old minor girl living in Belbag, Jabalpur hostage for 22 hours. Meanwhile, the savage beasts continuously gang-raped the girl. They also beat up the girl. At around 4 in the evening, Aryan took her on his bike and left her near her house. During this, the accused threatened to kill her. I remained silent for two days, then told my mother. The police registered a case against the accused under the sections of gang-rape and POCSO and began searching for the four accused.

Seeing the seriousness of the case, SP Aditya Pratap Singh formed two teams under the leadership of police station in-charge Shashi Dhurve. The police surrounded the area near Belbag hill where all the four accused were hiding and arrested them. Medical examination of all the four accused, Aryan Nihal, Anshul and Golu, residents of Belbag, was done. During this, the accused started misbehaving with the police. Due to this, the police beat them up right there. On Monday, all the four accused were presented in the court, from where they were sent to jail.
