Girl fell into 500 feet deep borewell.
Kutch: A case of a girl falling into a borewell has come to light in Bhuj, Gujarat. The incident is being reported from Kanderai village, where this accident happened. It is being told that the girl has fallen into a 500 feet deep borewell. After receiving the information, the administration team has also started rescue work. Bhuj Fire Department team reached the spot and started the rescue operation. A convoy of police officers including SDM has also reached the spot. At the same time, information is being received about the arrival of NDRF team from Gandhinagar, which will reach in some time.
Sound from borewell lasted for half an hour
According to the information received, this accident is said to have happened around 6 in the morning. Till now, not much information is available about the condition of the girl who fell inside the borewell. Told that around 6 in the morning the family members heard a sound from a nearby borewell. After this the family members reached near the borewell and saw that the sound was coming from the borewell itself. The sound of ‘save-save’ kept coming for about half an hour and then the sound stopped.
Oxygen support is being given to the girl
He told that the family members informed the police and administration about this. As soon as the information was received, teams of administration, police, ambulance and fire brigade reached the spot. Work is still being done to save the girl. The girl is being given oxygen support inside the borewell. As soon as some further work is done, it will be informed. The girl is visible in the camera, but rescue work is still going on.
