There is good news for the fans of Vande Bharat. Yes, PM Modi is going to launch six Vande Bharat trains on 15 September. Out of these Vande Bharat trains, three trains are being run from Howrah, the most important station of West Bengal. Howrah station is very famous because of its huge size and this station is considered to be the most convenient to reach Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal. For a long time, passengers who live in Gaya and Bhagalpur cities of Bihar were waiting for the start of Vande Bharat to go to their cities from Howrah. Now there is a special good news for those passengers.
The Railways on Saturday released the timetable of three Vande Bharat trains running from Howrah that will be flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday, The Statesman newspaper reported.
Howrah-Gaya Vande Bharat
The Howrah-Gaya Vande Bharat train has been given numbers 22303 and 22304. This train will leave Howrah at 6:50 am and reach Gaya at 12:30 pm. From Gaya, this train will start at 3:15 pm and reach Howrah at 9:05 pm. This journey will take about 5 hours 40 minutes and on the way, this train will stop at Durgapur, Asansol, Dhanbad, Parasnath and Koderma.
Howrah-Bhagalpur Vande Bharat
Howrah-Bhagalpur Vande Bharat has been given numbers 22309 and 22310. This train will leave Howrah at 7:45 am and reach Bhagalpur at 2:05 pm. From Bhagalpur, this train will leave at 3:20 pm and reach Howrah at 9:20 pm. The total distance of this journey is 386 km and it will take about 6 hours.
Howrah-Rourkela Vande Bharat
Another new Vande Bharat train is also starting this weekend for Howrah-Rourkela. It has been given numbers 20871 and 20872. This train will leave Howrah at 6 am and reach Rourkela at 11:50 am. From Rourkela, this train will leave at 1:40 pm and reach Howrah at 7:40 pm. This train will have stoppages at Kharagpur, Tatanagar and Chakradharpur.
