Karshanbhai Solanki
Ahmedabad: BJP MLA Karshanbhai Solanki died in Gujarat early Tuesday at the age of 68. Patel was suffering from cancer. Family sources gave this information. A family member said that Solanki, who represented the Kadi assembly constituency in Mehsana district, breathed his last in a hospital in Ahmedabad, where he was being treated for cancer. He will later be cremated in his ancestral village Nagarasan in Kadi taluka.
Solanki won the reserved assembly seat for Scheduled Caste candidates in 2017 and 2022.
CM Bhupendra Patel expressed mourning
Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel mourned the death of the MLA. The CM wrote in a message on his social media handle x, “I condole the death of Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Karshanbhai Solanki of Kadi Vidhan Sabha. He will always be remembered for his simple and gentle nature. May God give peace to his soul and give his family and supporters the power to bear this pain. ”
