Ahmedabad: Gujarat Congress chief Shaktisinh Gohil on Wednesday blamed the state Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government for the waterlogging in several parts of Kutch district and demanded adequate compensation for the damage to property and crops. 49 people died due to heavy rains
