Jamnagar Airport
Due to increasing tension on the border between India and Pakistan, the Government of India has issued notice to airmen (NOTAM) to seven airports in Gujarat. No any kind of passenger flight operating is allowed at these airports. Pakistan is constantly being carried out by Pakistan. For this reason, this decision has been taken in view of security. Although India has so far thwarted all the airstrikes of Pakistan, the notice to air has been issued to seven airports in Gujarat.
Notice to airmen have been issued by a total of 24 Erport by the Government of India. These include Jamnagar, Rajkot (Hirasar), Porbandar, Keshod, Kandla, Bhuj and Mundra (Adani) airports in Gujarat. These airports have been closed for the common people. Notice to airmen temporarily restrict flight operations. It aims to maintain air security and ensure operational readiness for the armed forces.
Why are the airports closed?
At the time of the air strike, enemy rockets come to us and our defense system rockets go to kill those rockets. In this situation, if the passenger plane is in the air, any rocket can hit it and the passengers are in danger. For this reason, all the airports of the surrounding route are closed on the situation of air strike. However, the airport to which notice to airmen has been issued. There has been no attack there, but this decision has been taken as a precautionary measure.
