Loudspeakers removed from mosque
Mahisagar: Police has taken action against violation of rules in Mahisagar, Gujarat. The police have taken this action on playing loudspeakers in the mosque in Lunawada because it was causing noise pollution and violating the directions of the Supreme Court.
What is the whole matter?
As per the order of the Supreme Court, Mahisagar Police has taken action against violation of the notification. According to the Noise Pollution Act, as per the provisions of the Supreme Court, police action will be taken against those playing music at a sound above a certain decibel.
In such a situation, after receiving complaints from nearby hospitals, schools and residents, action was taken against Nehru Nisha Masjid in Lunawada. The police have taken this action against those who installed seven loudspeakers at Nehru Nisha Masjid in Lunawada and used more loudspeakers. After this action of Mahisagar Police against those who ring the five time bells very loudly, the market of discussions is hot in the area.
Action was taken against the mosque in MP’s Ujjain also.
Earlier, a bulldozer was also run on a Takiya Masjid in Nizamuddin Colony in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. Three bulldozers were deployed to raze the mosque. During this period, more than 200 police personnel and officers were deployed.
According to the information, two and a quarter hectares of land was being vacated for the expansion of the Mahakal temple. Nizamuddin Colony was also situated in this land. All the houses here were also being demolished. This land will be used keeping in mind the interests of the devotees visiting Mahakal Temple. There is also a proposal to build vehicle parking here. This land can also be used keeping in mind the arrival of Simhastha in the year 2028.
