According to the police of Patan district, the state transport bus was coming from Himmatnagar from Kutch, while the autorickshaw was coming from it. During this time there was such a strong collision between the two that the autorickshaw was completely damaged. Different parts of the autorickshaw went far enough and some got stuck under the bus. All the people, including the autorickshaw driver, died on the spot due to this accident.

In this case, Superintendent of Police VK New said that the collision between the bus and the autorickshaw was quite dangerous. In this accident, autorickshaw rags flew away. He further said that looking at the status of the scene, it seems that the bus driver tried to overtake the autorickshaw, losing control over the bus, causing a strong collision between the bus and the autorickshaw. He further said that the local police has started investigating the incident at present.
