Elections are to be held on a total of 90 assembly seats in Haryana. The Election Commission has decided to conduct the voting in one phase, voting will take place on October 5. Among the leaders who left the BJP, Haryana government’s Jail Minister Ranjit Singh Chautala has resigned from his post, he was angry over ticket denial. MLA Laxman Das Napa has also left the party, he is an MLA from Ratia. Here the party has fielded former MP Sunita Duggal.
Haryana BJP OBC Morcha president Karan Dev Kamboj has also resigned from the party. He was also angry for not getting the ticket. Apart from this, Dadri Kisan Morcha district president Vikas alias Balle, Sonipat assembly election in-charge Amit Jain, Shamsher Gill who is seeking ticket from Uklana seat, Haryana BJP Kisan Morcha state president Sukhwinder Mandi have resigned from the party.
BJP leader Darshan Giri Maharaj from Hisar, senior leader Seema, Aditya Chautala, Ashu Shera from Panipat, Savita Jindal and Tarun Jain from Hisar, Naveen Goyal from Gurugram, Dr. Satish Khola from Rewari, Sanjeev Valecha and his wife Indu Valecha have also left the party.
At the same time, former minister Bachan Singh Arya, former minister Bishamber Valmiki, state vice president Pandit GL Sharma, Prashant Sunny Yadav, who was seeking ticket from Rewari, have resigned from the party. Prashant Sunny Yadav had joined BJP just a few days before the Lok Sabha elections.
