A major incident has taken place in Panchkula during the election campaign for Haryana Assembly. Congress candidate from Kalka seat and outgoing MLA Pradeep Chaudhary’s convoy was fired upon in Bharouli village near Raipur Rani. In this incident, two of Pradeep Chaudhary’s supporters present in his convoy were shot. They have been referred to Chandigarh PGI in critical condition. The injured have been identified as Goldy Kheri and Dinesh. This incident caused chaos at the spot. The attackers have not been identified yet.
Pradeep Chaudhary was also present in the convoy at the time of the incident. However, he is safe. He has strongly condemned this attack. DCP Panchkula and CIA are engaged in investigation. Police has registered a case in this matter and started investigation. Police is interrogating the people present at the spot. Along with this, CCTV footage installed nearby is also being examined. Police says that the accused will be arrested soon.
Suspicion on henchmen of gangster Bhuppi Rana gang
On Friday, Pradeep Chaudhary’s convoy was passing through Bharouli village near Raipur Rani in Kalka assembly constituency. During this, firing took place on the convoy and his supporters Goldy Khedi and Dinesh, sitting in a car, were shot. Goldy was sitting on the driver’s seat. He was shot on the chest. Dinesh, a resident of Raipur Rani, who was also riding in the car, was shot in the hand. He was immediately sent to PGI Chandigarh.

BJP has given ticket to Shakti Rani Sharma against him on this seat. Himachal Pradesh High Court had sentenced Pradeep to 3 years in a case. After this his membership was terminated. However, after this the sentence was stayed and his MLA seat was saved. Pradeep Chaudhary has a good influence in the area.
