Bangladeshis did illegal occupation
For the last few years, an attempt is being made to change the entire geography of the Chandola lake, which is considered to be the historical heritage of Ahmedabad. The entire map of the lake has changed in just 14 years. In the year 2010, the greenery and lake water storage capacity was unique in the year 2010. But in the year 2025 i.e. after 14 years, the picture here has changed. It can be clearly seen that there is a large -scale encroachment in the vicinity of the lake at present. It has been revealed many times that illegal encroachments have been done on a large scale on Chandola lake. Bangladeshis have illegally grabbed land illegally.
Chandola Lake became the largest shelter for Bangladeshi infiltrators. In the last 14 years, the size of Chandola lake has decreased rapidly and there were pucca houses, mosques and small factories inside it.
