Himachal Pradesh Accident: A major road accident occurred on Friday in Churah area of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh. A car fell uncontrollably into a deep ditch, killing six people on the spot. The accident was so terrible that the car was completely damaged.
Identification of dead continues
Those killed in this painful accident have not been clearly identified. Police team reached the spot and collecting information about the identity of the dead and their family. At present, the administration has sent the bodies for postmortem.
Police and rescue team action
Police and local rescue teams immediately reached the spot as soon as the accident was reported. Due to deep trenches and inaccessible paths, it was difficult to relieve relief work, but the team made constant efforts to take out all the bodies. Also, investigation of the cause of the accident has also been started.
Chief Minister’s condolence message
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu expressed deep grief over the incident. He wrote on the social media platform ‘X’ on Friday morning that the news of the death of six people in a car accident in Chanwas area of Teesa in Chamba district is extremely painful.
CM Sukhu further expressed condolences to the bereaved families and said, “May God give peace to the departed souls and give courage to their families in this difficult time.” He finally expressed his prayer by writing “Om Shanti”.
